REGISTRATION

ISAGA 2014 uses an online registration and payment system based upon ConfTool. You can create a profile and log in to the system for submitting a paper or other contribution, and / or for registration as a participant. Payment options are via PayPal or bank transfer (early bird only) or by means of certain credit cards.

First step is to register as a user in the ConfTool system. For this step you have to do no payment of a fee. After registration as user you can go on and register as participant (then you will be asked for payment options and have to pay the fee). However as a user you can already upload contributions. Maybe you want to wait for full registration until you know if your contribution is accepted or not. This is possible if you upload contributions as a user. We will inform you about acceptance as soon as possible. After acceptance you can then register fully as a participant. You can upload contributions any time. If you submit something before the deadline you will not have to wait until the deadline for notification of acceptance. Normally we will inform you about acceptance within 3 weeks after you uploaded your submission in the ConfTool system.

ISAGA Prices include:

Children under the age of 6 are free of charge.

Special Grants

We can offer four diffent grants:

1. IBH grant: members of universities of the IBH – Internationale Bodenseehochschule (International Association of Universities of Lake of Constance Region) can apply for waiving the participation fee. Through the financial support of IBH we can reduce 10 fees by 50% for just normal participation from IBH-members without own contribution. We can waive additional 10 fees completely (=no fee to be paid) for IBH-participants with accepted contribution (paper, poster, workshop). 2. SAGSAGA grant: SAGSAGA is financing 2 fees (=no fee to be paid) for SAGSAGA student members with accepted contribution (paper, poster, workshop). Also PhD students can apply. 3. ISAGA grant: ISAGA is financing 5 fees (=no fee to be paid) for ISAGA student members with accepted contribution (paper, poster, workshop). Also PhD students can apply. 4. DPP & ZMS & SAGSAGA grant: Winners of the 2013 DPP (Deutscher Planspielpreis = German Simulation & Gaming Award; organized by DHBW Stuttgart – Centre for Management Simulation, Cooperative State University Stuttgart with co-operation of SAGSAGA) will receive a free voucher (=no fee to be paid) for participation if they also present their award-winning work at the conference.

Terms of Registration and Payment

The registration of participation is binding. You may cancel your registration up to April 15 th 2014 and get a 50% refund.The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 14 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event). Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received. The conference program may be subject to changes. Payments will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organizer. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
